  I wanted to rent from this place. I drove through and talked to several residents. Several were unhappy with work not being done to fix things in their apartments. Only certain apartments get updated. Rent has gone up every year with no improvements. I saw big dogs leaving messes on the ground and not being picked up. The lawn care was not good and is operated at whenever they feel like it. Saw several plants not taken good care of and others destroyed. I saw two people moving, talked to them and both stated many reasons why the place is bad. The picture is of the dumpsters that leak into the local stream. Looking at the yard, the nasty garbage leaking everywhere (they have more littering other spots), the lack of care ... this is not even close to an ideal spot.
