  Bought a used 2013 F150 4x4 last day of August. Check engine light came on soon as it came off the lot. ( bad valve). A few months later I use 4x4 for the first time pulling a trailer up a mountain. It pops and slips making a chin like slipping noise. Take it back to them they drive it around in 4x4 in the parking lot with a trailer and say nothing is wrong with it...I must have bound it up going straight up a mountain ( little Toyota Tacoma 4x4 pulled same trailer up same mountain) they say they inspected this truck before they sold it and it got an A+ so their inspection system must be a joke! I paid $24,000 for what I thought was assurance that coming from a dealer that it would be in good shape. Come to find out it's only worth 10k if you take away everything wrong with it. I will never buy a vehicle from them again and I advise anyone else to stay away from their used vehicles and service dept.
